WARRANTY

Ziibi warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to Ziibi but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or Limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above Limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

CLAIM A WARRANTY

If your product is defective or you need to claim a warranty, please send an email to support@ziibi.com with the following information:

1) Full Name

2) Telephone #

3) Email Address

4) Proof of Purchase ( example: online receipt, packing slip, or invoice)
    Proof of Purchase is required to obtain eligibility.

5) Product’s Model #, Purchase Date and Serial #
    We will reply your claim within 2-3 days with instructions.
